The Dunsky team is thrilled to announce that Raegan Bond has joined Philippe Dunsky and Alex Hill as a Partner in the firm. Since arriving at Dunsky in 2018, Raegan has played a significant leadership role, including by establishing and growing our Toronto office, and leading our Strategy Design practice (supporting our clients’ clean energy planning, policy and program design needs).

“Raegan is a natural leader, and a perfect fit for our team. Apart from her deep experience designing and managing clean energy programs, she brings the human qualities that we appreciate most: openness – she brings a “no BS”, heart-on-her-sleeve approach to every interaction; a deep-seeded desire to truly support people – namely team members and clients; and a personal dedication to our mission of accelerating the clean energy transition, effectively and responsibly. We are thrilled to have her!”

– Philippe Dunsky, founder and President

Raegan draws on two decades of leadership in Demand Side Energy Resource planning, program design and implementation. Prior to joining Dunsky, she was VP of Conservation and Demand Management at Alectra Utilities, where she was accountable for a $400-Million DSM Portfolio and a team of 80 employees. With senior-level experience in clean energy across the private, public, and utility sectors, Raegan brings a proven ability to understand and bridge perspectives among diverse stakeholders, and to design and drive effective strategies that accelerate the adoption of energy efficiency, renewables and clean mobility.

A recognized leader across Canada and the U.S., Raegan was recently appointed as Chair of the Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP). She is a strong advocate of evidence-based decision making, inclusive strategic planning and rigorous program performance management. She is also an expert facilitator who loves leading diverse groups – from the C-suite on down – though engaging processes to achieve real-world change.
